How do I earn SMAC points?

Present your SMAC to the cashier before any purchase transaction at any SMAC partner brands. Each point has a standard redemption value of P1.00. The standard redemption value for each partner can be read here.


I spent less than the minimum required amount of P200. Will I still earn points?

Yes, you can still earn a fraction of a point for purchases less than P200. Present your SMAC at the cashier to credit the corresponding points to your account.


How long does it take for points to be credited to my account?

It takes seven (7) to ten (10) days for points and transactions to be reflected on your account.


How can I check my SMAC points balance?

  • Visit any cashier or Customer Service Counter of The SM Store, SM Markets, Watsons, or partner establishments
  • Call SMAC Assist at the following numbers:
    • Within Metro Manila - 8-833-8888 or 7-944-3888
    • Outside Metro Manila - 1-800-10-833-8888 or 1-800-8-944-3888.

Will my SMAC points expire?

Yes. All unused SMAC points expire 90 days after the expiration of the membership. Points that you have not redeemed before expiration are automatically forfeited. On the other hand, if you renew before the expiration date, all unused points will be transferred to your new SMAC.


How can I redeem my points?

SMAC points, like cash, can be used to pay for your purchases at any SM cashier counter. A minimum balance of 20 points is needed to start redeeming rewards.


Can I transfer my SMAC points?

Yes, you can transfer your points to another SMAC or SMAC Prestige member.


How do I transfer points?

To transfer your points, you may email the following details to feedback@smadvantage.com:

  • Source card number
  • Complete name
  • Date of birth
  • Home address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Mobile number
  • Destination card number

Do transferred points expire?

Yes, they expire like regular points.

I just changed my marital status. How do I apply for a new card with my new surname on?

To update your surname, you may visit the Customer Service Counter at any branch of The SM Store and present a valid ID reflecting both your old and new surnames. A replacement fee of P80 is required.


How do I create an account on the MySMAC mobile app?

To create an online account, download the MySMAC mobile app for free from the Apple Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery. Make sure to have a personalized SMAC.


How do I change or reset the email or password I used to create my account online?

To change or reset your email or password, choose from the following options:
